Location: Amsterdam
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 Euros
Experience: 3-5 years
Work Pattern: Office Based, Full time - 5 days a week. This can be part time 3 to 4 days.
Are you an organised and proactive Office Manager. We're seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for the talented team.
The Role:
As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the studio, responsible for maintaining a well-run workspace, supporting senior leadership, and overseeing administrative tasks. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and pivotal to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient environment
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and IT coordination
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years' experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
- Background in design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
