Office Manager - Design Company

Location: Amsterdam

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 Euros

Experience: 3-5 years

Work Pattern: Office Based, Full time - 5 days a week. This can be part time 3 to 4 days.


Are you an organised and proactive Office Manager. We're seeking a highly motivated individual to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for the talented team.


The Role:

As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of the studio, responsible for maintaining a well-run workspace, supporting senior leadership, and overseeing administrative tasks. Your role will be varied, fast-paced, and pivotal to the success of the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient environment
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and IT coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team
  • Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role
  • Background in design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
