You will make a difference

As our Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our (back)-office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be a key player in maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere for our team, and you'll be the trusted right hand for everything related to our internal operations, from administration to HR, events, and more.

This job is for you if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in office management, business operations or a similar administrative role
• Hands-on and self-starting mindset, and enjoy working in ambitious environments where you can take initiative
• A talent for organization, multitasking, and prioritizing, nothing slips through the cracks with you
• A solution-oriented attitude and can calmly handle unexpected challenges.
• A desire to grow with the Dapper and make a long-term impact on how things run
• A natural sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
• Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Workspace, and ideally experience with HR or finance systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English
