The Role

Key responsibilities for this Office Manager position:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, including supplies, layout, and day-to-day operations
  • Liaise with building management and manage office contracts including utilities and cleaning
  • Coordinate IT support with external providers and handle basic troubleshooting
  • Lead on health and safety compliance, including risk assessments and training
  • Support finance with expenses, invoice processing, and platforms like Xero and Dext
  • Assist HR with onboarding new hires and supporting the employee experience
  • Contribute to office culture and continuous improvements in office processes

About You

  • Proven experience in office management, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Confident in managing facilities and liaising with external vendors and service providers
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable with basic IT troubleshooting and coordinating with IT suppliers
  • Skilled communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
