Office Manager
Location: Shepperton TW17 8AB Head Office
Hours: 20hrs p/w part time
At Motive8, we're passionate about creating exceptional workplace environments and supporting our people to thrive. We're looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager & HR support to join our team and play a key role in keeping our Head Office running smoothly.
What you'll be doing- Managing office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well organised environment including but not limited to handling emails, post and incoming calls.
- Managing all office supplies, office repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and communications across the business.
- Fleet management of our engineers vehicles.
- Supporting the People and Development manager with performance processes and HR administration including note taking for investigations & disciplinaries.
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and supporting office logistics.
- Helping to deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, can do attitude.
- Experience in administration, HR support, or office management.
- Comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong systems and data management skills.
- A team player who enjoys supporting others.
