This is not just an admin role - this is a leadership position where you will influence how our school operates day to day and strategically. You will work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager, helping to drive improvements across finance, HR, administration and site management.

Key responsibilities

Leading and managing a dedicated admin team.

Supporting and overseeing key aspects of school finance (Bromcom).

Playing a vital role in HR processes and staff management; helping ensure our school runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Acting as a key point of contact for staff, parents and visitors.

We need someone who is
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experienced in school administration and finance systems (ideally Bromcom).
  • A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with everyone.
  • Able to lead, motivate and support a team.
  • Solutions focused, with a sharp eye for improving systems and processes.

Safeguarding
