Office Manager Law Firm Leeds & Harrogate £25000-£35000 DOE

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our growing full service law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast paced legal environment and playing a key role in the smooth running of a professional office.

Location: Leeds (4 days per week); Harrogate (1 day per week). This is a fully office based role.

The Role

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of our offices, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and professionally. You will support the wider team, manage administrative processes, and help create a productive and welcoming working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the day to day operations of the Leeds and Harrogate offices
  • Supervising administrative and support staff where applicable
  • Coordinating office facilities, supplies, and service providers
  • Supporting partners and fee earners with operational and administrative needs
  • Managing office systems, processes, and internal procedures
  • Assisting with HR administration, onboarding, and staff coordination
  • Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact for office related matters
About You
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, or similar operational role
  • Experience within a law firm or professional services environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment
