Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting an Office Manager for a leading estate agency in Belfast, offering an excellent opportunity to take ownership of office operations, staff performance, and business growth.

The Job
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the smooth and efficient running of a busy Belfast estate agency office. Working closely with senior management and supporting the wider team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, monitor performance against KPIs, track and manage incoming leads, and ensure the team is focused on delivering business objectives. The role will suit an organised, commercially minded individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of customer service, sales performance, and operational management.

Package/Benefits:
£35,000 - £40,000 salary, depending on experience

The Role
Managing the day-to-day operations and smooth running of the Belfast office
Tracking incoming leads and ensuring they are followed up promptly and effectively
Monitoring staff performance against agreed KPIs and business targets
Supporting the team to achieve sales, lettings, revenue, and customer service objectives
Producing and reviewing performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Ensuring staff are meeting required activity levels and maintaining high standards of customer service
Managing workflows and allocating tasks to ensure business priorities are met
Supporting the implementation of processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Identifying opportunities to increase lead conversion, business development, and overall office performance
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of office staff where required
Holding regular team meetings and performance discussions
Managing office resources, facilities, and general administration
Dealing with escalated customer queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently
Liaising with senior management to ensure operational activity is aligned with wider business needs
Ensuring the office operates in line with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all systems are kept fully up to date

The Person
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior operational role is essential
Experience within the property or estate agency sector would be advantageous, but is not essential
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of KPIs, targets, lead management, and overall business performance
Proven experience managing or overseeing teams, with the confidence to motivate staff and hold individuals accountable for performance
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing business needs
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to monitor performance, identify trends, and implement improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage escalated queries and resolve issues professionally
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with CRM and business management systems
Proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused, with the ability to use initiative and make sound business decisions
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, support, and develop colleagues
A professional and positive approach with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
Comfortable taking ownership of office performance, operational standards, business processes, and wider organisational needs
