Job Description
Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Location: West End. Employment type: Full time or part time.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join a leading talent advisory firm and support the day to day running of the office. This hands on, varied role combines office management, executive support, and broader operational involvement.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for the office
  • Oversee and improve day to day office operations, including managing office access and ensuring security protocols are followed
  • Manage office budgets, maintain office systems, and ensure health and safety compliance
  • Provide diary and inbox management for selected SLT members
  • Manage expenses
  • Assist with report preparation and correspondence drafting
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Assist with HR, marketing and events activities
  • Assist with general operational and administrative tasks
Candidate Specification
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and be the "go to" person in the office

Salary up to £50,000 (pro rata for part time). Fully office based.
