Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
Manage administrative processes, correspondence, and documentation.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
Support HR, finance, and compliance teams as required.
Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities management.
Requirements:
Fluency in Swiss German and English is essential.
French is a strong advantage.
Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in finance or asset management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
