Are you a self-driven sales professional with experience in commercial interiors or office furniture solutions? We are looking for an Office Furniture/Fitout Sales Specialist to join a growing, family-owned business expanding its operations in Ireland. Based in Dublin region, you'll play a key role in driving new business and managing client relationships, primarily focused on office furniture fitouts for businesses across the region.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the business owner, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and providing consultative solutions tailored to each client's workspace needs. This is a client-facing, field-based role - ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, lead generation, and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate new business leads and opportunities through cold calling, site visits, networking, and referrals

• Sell office furniture and workspace fitout solutions to a range of commercial clients

• Build strong, consultative relationships with customers, understanding their space requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly

• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate quotations, delivery schedules, and post-sale support

• Anticipate client needs and help plan for project delivery, especially during peak business periods

About You:

• Proven field sales experience in office furniture, fitouts, commercial interiors, or a related sector

• Confident in prospecting, networking, and developing new business from the ground up

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach

• Organised, self-sufficient, and comfortable managing your own schedule and targets

• Based in Dublin or surrounding areas, with a full driver's licence
