Office Experience & Operations Lead

Profound is the marketing platform for the age of AI search. We are hiring an Office Operations Manager to own the day-to-day office experience and support onboarding and culture as the company grows.

This on-site role is based in SF or London and focuses on facilities, vendor coordination, and helping new hires feel welcome from day one. Salary range is $80,000 to $110,000 with a competitive package.
