Office-Based AC Support Engineer - Helpdesk

Daikin UK Ltd in Bristol is seeking an experienced AC Service Engineer to join our busy helpdesk. You will move from field-based faults to a fully office-based technical support role, handling aftersales queries and guiding customers through fault investigation.

You'll interpret electrical schematics and refrigerant diagrams, diagnose issues with splits, VRVs, chillers and heat pumps, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
