Job Description
About the Role

Office Assistant at a fast paced boutique private equity company in the City.

Responsibilities include supporting the EA/Office Manager, providing client relations support, maintaining the office environment, managing diaries, processing expenses, and handling ad hoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and host clients and visitors at the office
  • Ensure meeting room suite looks immaculate and reset meeting rooms
  • Provide refreshments and reset meeting rooms
  • Support with diary management and meeting arrangements
  • Process expenses
  • Create documents
  • Carry out a wide range of other ad hoc support tasks
Qualifications
  • Confident, friendly and presentable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and hard working
  • Basic / Intermediate MS Office skills
