Office and Accounts Assistant 
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office and Accounts Assistant role in a Harlow based Food & Beverages company. The firm is a prominent Asian and Oriental foodstuff importer and wholesaler. The most suitable candidate will be a multitasker with an eye for detail.
Job Requirements- Understanding of office management systems and processes is required.
- Knowing how to use office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.
- MS Office prowess is a must (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Detail oriented and problem solving abilities.
- The ability to communicate well in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Multi tasking abilities and strong organisational skills.
- High school diploma.
