About the roleWe are looking for an Office Administrator to support the smooth and efficient day to day running of our Support Office. Acting as a central point of contact for our office operations and maintaining a well organised, compliant and welcoming working environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:
- Act as first point of contact for visitors, contractors, colleagues and deliveries
- On site reception cover including shared mailboxes, managing mail and courier services
- Raise monitor and coordinate maintenance requests with contractors and facilities partners.
- Manage stationery, office supplies, catering and general office purchasing
- Checking and processing invoices, purchase orders and approvals.
- Support Office keyholder, available for emergency call outs.
- Perform Fire Marshall duties, including weekly fire alarm testing
- Suggest improvements to streamline office processes, colleague experience and operational efficiency.
- Previous experience of working within office administration
- Highly effective organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage professionally with colleagues, suppliers, contractors and visitors.
- Confident managing orders and processing invoices
- Computer literacy, with excellent knowledge of MS Office packages.
