Job Description

Our client is a well established international freight forwarding agent based in UB2 who have an new opportunity available for an office administrator. The successful candidate will be a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator who will support the smooth and efficient running of this busy logistics office. Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and tasks, providing essential support to the wider team and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office administration and support activities
  • Answer and direct phone calls and manage email correspondence
  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and paper-based)
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
  • Process invoices, expenses, and basic financial administration
  • Order office supplies and manage stock levels
  • Greet visitors and handle front-of-house duties
  • Support administration such as onboarding, records, and holiday tracking
Skills & Experience Required
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Professional, friendly, and confident manner
  • Must be able to easily commute to UB2
