Hours: Part-time or Full-time available

Salary: £26,746.00 per year (£13.53 per hour)

Join a leading global automotive supplier dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking a motivated Office Administrator to support their HR and Learning & Development team.

Job Overview

The Office Administrator will manage records and data with a focus on accuracy, security, and effective filing. This role involves administering HR systems, onboarding new starters, and assisting with training plans alongside the HR Manager. Please note, this is a temporary position expected to last until approximately August 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain databases and filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.
  • Manage archiving processes, including the destruction or scanning of documents.
  • Conduct inventory checks of office equipment.
  • Assist with the delivery and evaluation of HR programs and projects.
Skills Required

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.

Working Hours

38 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 08:00am - 04:30pm, Friday 08:00am - 02:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
