Salary: €2800 - €3500 gross per month (full time)

Job Description

As Office / Project Manager / Support Assistant at Clonable you will oversee the structure of our office and support teams. Your main responsibilities are:

  • Customer support: First point of contact for customers via e mail and telephone. Resolve queries quickly and professionally, collaborating with support staff.
  • Project management: Manage new and existing customer projects, set priorities, maintain overviews, and coordinate onboarding specialists and support staff when needed.
  • Office management: Arrange events, plan company outings, purchase supplies, and handle other administrative tasks.

You will work in a small, growing team and have the freedom to propose improvements to support processes. Because we are a SaaS company with international customers, your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and product usage.

What your work looks like
  • Answer customers via e mail and telephone.
  • Arrange office purchases and assist with event preparation.
  • Monitor deadlines and turnaround times for new clients, escalating when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot questions and problems efficiently.
  • Prioritise requests and switch quickly between tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in support.
  • Offer technical support, leveraging comfort with web tools.

  • Affinity with technology: experience with websites, cross domain marketing, or knowledge of PHP / CSS / HTML.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English.

  • Experience with SaaS or internet businesses.
  • Familiarity with online support tools, CMSs, and CRM systems.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Content marketing experience for smoother manual and video creation.

  • Tenure: Fixed term employment contract with perspective of indefinite duration
  • Number of hours: 24 - 40 hours, spread over at least 4 but preferably 5 days
  • Contract duration: 12 months
