OEM Production Leader - Drive 95% OTD & 250ppm Quality

Safran is seeking an OEM Production Leader in Pitstone, Bucks, to lead Original Equipment Operations & Test, ensuring strategy deployment and performance targets. You will drive end-to-end OTD improvements, align purchasing with production, and engage a team of 100 colleagues.

This role focuses on continuous improvement, strong leadership, and delivering customer satisfaction within Safran's global manufacturing network. London-area relocation not required.
