Job Description- Support the design and implementation of organisational development strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training materials aligned with organisational goals.
- Facilitate change management initiatives across the business.
- Provide guidance on career development and succession planning.
- Ensure alignment between organisational goals and HR practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programmes and suggest enhancements.
A successful OD Specialist should have:
- Proven experience in organisational development within the wholesale industry or a similar sector.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programmes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Day rate of £500 to £600, depending on experience.
- Inside IR35.
- Exposure to a collaborative and supportive company culture in the retail industry.
- Temporary role offering valuable experience in organisational development.
