Role: Occupational Therapist Team Leader - Permanent
Location: London
Salary: £24,000 - 2 days Thursday and Friday par rata
Client Group: Children's Therapy
- Clinical Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentorship to therapy staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Support the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and protocols within the team.
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling caseloads to balance client needs and therapist capacity.
- Occupational Therapy Services
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with diverse developmental and sensory needs.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services with a focus on sensory integration techniques.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to create holistic care strategies.
- Administrative Duties
- Monitor and maintain documentation compliance, ensuring all therapy records meet clinical and legal standards.
- Assist in evaluating and improving clinic policies and programs.
- Contribute to recruitment and training efforts for new team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with administrative duties effectively.
