Occupational Therapist (Grade 2) - Better At Home Rehab

Bayside Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Better At Home service at Caulfield Hospital. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat a mixed caseload, with emphasis on early discharge planning and home-based rehabilitation.

Applicants should have at least three years of clinical OT experience, full registration with AHPRA, OT Australia membership or eligibility, and a valid Victorian driver's license.
