Key Responsibilities

• Undertake professional assessments and deliver tailored care interventions in line with legislation, College of Occupational Therapists (COT), and HCPC practice standards.
• Manage, supervise, and support staff as required, ensuring high-quality practice and professional development.
• Contribute to the skills, knowledge, and overall performance of the Occupational Therapy team, promoting best practice and service improvement.

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and professional standards.
• Experience in supervision and supporting staff.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
