Job Description
We will work together as Occupational Health Nurse. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will participate in the prevention and protection of the health of employees and SIG. You will be part of the Occupational Health Service whose main role is to respond to legal requirements for occupational health protection. SIG is committed to protecting the physical health, mental health, and well-being of employees in the context of their energy activities for a sustainable Geneva. Your main missions will include: Preventing risks related to the workplace; Preparing periodic medical visits (nurse visits, blood tests, monitoring of additional examinations); Ensuring follow-up of absentees; Supporting employees during individual health-related matters; Conducting campaigns; Following up on medical files; Leading prevention actions at the workplaces of employees; Providing emergency care at the workplace. Personality and skills: Independent, calm, you master emergency procedures with a good team spirit, ease, and a great capacity for communication. You are proficient in the Office Suite and Preventiel and have good dexterity with tools. Academic background: Diploma in general nursing or equivalent; 3 to 5 years of experience in an occupational health service in a company; A diploma in occupational health would be a plus.
