Job Title: Platform Engineer - Observability And Telemetry Lead
Location: Knutsford (2 x day per week on site)
Salary/Rate: Up to £350 per day INSIDE IR35
Start Date: 23/06/2025

Company Introduction:
We are currently representing a global financial services company who are on the lookout for a skilled Platform Engineer - Observability And Telemetry Lead

Essential Skills:

1. Working Experience on PHP or Python
2. Knowledge of Oracle and other relational Databases
3. Well versed in working on Linux and Windows System
4. Experience on Monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, ITRS, Elastic APM, Grafana, etc.

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

1. Working experience in Angular, NodeJS, etc.
2. Working experience on APIs, ETL processes and Scripting.
3. Good understanding of Openshift, Docker, Kubernetes, Containerization and Cloud models - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Infrastructure virtualization
