Job Description
Fairmead are currently recruiting for a NVQ Gold CSCS Card Supervisor required for ongoing work in the Bridgwater TA7 area.
Managing a small logistics team on a major construction site in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with toolbox talks, early morning briefings within your team
- Working across the site in various areas as instructed by the project lead
- Directing actions, and ensuring targets/ output are met daily/ weekly
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Gold Card
- SSSTS
- A73 CPCS advantageous but an accredited Traffic Marshal licence will suffice.
- SEQOHS Safety Critical Medical Certificate
