Nutrition Assistant - Metabolic Kitchen & Research

The Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen, is seeking a Nutrition Assistant to join the Human Intervention Study Unit (HISU). You will design and prepare study diets in line with research protocols, and support the daily operations of the HISU metabolic kitchen.

You will perform dietary analysis using Nutritics, assist with participant-facing activities, and contribute to teaching and knowledge exchange.
