Nurture Teacher

Nurture Teacher Newcastle (NE4)

Full-time 5 days per week QTS required

We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision in Newcastle for a Nurture Teacher to support secondary-aged learners working below age-related expectations.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment where relationships, consistency and personalised learning are key.

The role:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to small groups of learners
• Support students with additional needs and barriers to learning
• Create a nurturing, structured environment that promotes progress
• Work closely with support staff and pastoral teams

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with SEND, SEMH or alternative provision desirable
• Strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approach
• Committed to inclusive, relationship-led teaching
