Responsibilities

Work with a small class of 5-6 boys, many of whom are working at Primary level despite being in Year 7 and present with low self esteem around learning. A key focus of the role is supporting learners who struggle with movement around the school, providing a calm, structured, and predictable setting to help reduce anxiety and promote engagement.
