Cpl Healthcare are currently recruiting experienced Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADON) for residential services across Ireland, including opportunities in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Mayo, Kildare, and Waterford.
These are excellent opportunities for experienced Nurse Managers looking to progress their leadership career within supportive and person centred residential care services.

- General Nursing qualification
- Minimum 7 years post registration adult nursing experience
- At least 5 years' experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and residential care regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Residential, community, or elderly care experience desirable
