RN Home Manager required for a developing care provider in North London!

We are looking for an exceptional Nursing Home Manager with a specialism in dementia care to lead and shape a Barnet / North London based Nursing home owned by a developing care provider.

About the Role

As Home Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, culture, quality, and performance of the home. You will be empowered to build a dementia service rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and innovation.

You will:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled multidisciplinary team
• Set and maintain outstanding standards of dementia care and person-centred practice
• Create a warm, homely, and stimulating environment for residents living with dementia
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, with a clear ambition for Outstanding
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively without losing sight of care quality
• Champion continuous improvement and new approaches to dementia care

About You

We are looking for a Clinical Registered Manager / Nursing Home Manager in Barnet who has has a good track record of GOOD CQC reports!

You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager
• History of achieving GOOD CQC reports
• In-depth knowledge of dementia best practice and regulatory requirements
