Nursing Home Manager

Location: Torquay area

Salary: £65,000-70,000

Award-winning care provider is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager for their dementia-focused nursing home near Torquay.

About the Role

Our client is a developing care provider looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager in the Plymouth area. The owner aims to recruit a manager to take ownership of a 47-bed facility providing specialist clinical and dementia care. We seek a passionate, experienced registered manager with previous CQC registration experience, whether nurse or non-nurse.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Overall responsibility for the home
  2. Staff management, appraisals, and training
  3. Care plans, reviews, and meetings
  4. Budgets, business development, and marketing
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven track record of successful home management
  • RGN or RMN with a valid NMC PIN
  • IT literate, competent, and accurate
  • Hands-on, practical approach; dynamic and enthusiastic
  • Strong knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
