As a Nursing Home Manager, you will:
- Manage the overall operations of a 70 bedded Nursing home
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and exceed expectations.
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.
- Market the home to the community
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and stakeholders.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:
- Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
- Evidence of past CQC inspections (Good or Outstanding)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Commercially astute with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
