Nursing Home Manager - Hayes, West London
We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Qualified Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in Hayes, West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with proven leadership experience who is passionate about quality improvement, CQC compliance and outstanding resident care.
This role will suit an established Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, particularly someone with experience in troubleshooting, turnaround and service improvement.
The RoleAs Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will have full accountability for the day to day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person centred nursing care in line with CQC regulations and best practice.
You will lead from the front, inspire your team, and create a positive culture focused on quality, dignity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Overall operational and clinical management of the nursing home
- Ensure full CQC compliance, governance and safeguarding standards
- Lead, motivate and develop nursing and care teams
- Drive quality improvement and service development
- Manage budgets, occupancy, staffing and performance KPIs
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, commissioners and professionals
- Maintain a warm, welcoming and high quality care environment
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) - essential
- Proven experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience managing change, improving standards and leading teams through improvement
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care and improving residents' quality of life
- £65,000 - £75,000 salary (dependent on experience)
