Job Description: Nursing Home Manager (Permanent)

Location: West of Leeds

Salary: £65K OTE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care.
2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve overall performance and resident satisfaction.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within the facility, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification.
2. Proven experience in nursing home and home management.
3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
5. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
