Job Description

CPL Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Person in Charge (APIC) / Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for a well-established nursing home in Killarney, Kerry. You will partner with the PI/Care Director to provide clinical leadership, governance and staff development, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care.

The role requires a Nursing degree, NMBI PIN, and at least 6 years post-registration nursing experience, with 2+ years in a nursing home and 2+ years in management.
