Nursing Director: Elder Care Leadership & Compliance

RedChair Recruitment is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for our clients based in Roscommon. This vital role involves ensuring compliance with the Health Act 2007 and supervisory responsibilities in the nursing field.

Candidates should possess a post-registration qualification in healthcare management and a minimum of 5 years of relevant nursing experience, including at least 3 years as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing. A competitive salary of €60,000 - €75,000 is offered, along with a performance-based bonus and personal development plan.
