Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant - EYFS
Thursdays & Fridays Summer Term After Easter Start
We are working with a friendly, well-established primary school seeking a qualified Level 3 Nursery Teaching Assistant to support their Nursery provision on Thursdays and Fridays, starting after Easter and continuing for the full summer term. The school is based in South Shropshire, just 9 miles from Bridgnnorth.
The school is known for itswelcoming ethos and strong Early Years provision, where children are encouraged to learn through play, exploration, and routine. The Nursery benefits from a well-resourced indoor and outdoor learning environment, with a settled team who work closely together to support every child's development.
The role will include:
- Supporting children within the Nursery setting in line with the EYFS framework
- Assisting with daily routines, structured activities, and child-initiated learning
- Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years / Nursery qualification (EYFS-recognised and able to count towards ratios)
- Previous experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Commitment to working every Thursday and Friday for the full summer term
