Nursery SENDCo: Lead Inclusive EYFS Support for 0-5

MiChild Group is seeking a caring, proactive Nursery SENDCo to support children with additional needs and help them thrive in a nurturing environment. This role requires strong EYFS knowledge, experience with children aged 0-5 and a commitment to inclusive early years practice.

You will lead SEND provision, identify needs early, develop child-centred support plans and collaborate with parents, staff and external professionals to provide joined-up support.
