Job Description

Level Three Nursery Room Leaders required to join a friendly and supportive team. The role involves leading a small team of childcare staff, ensuring the room meets all Ofsted expected standards while delivering rich, engaging experiences for children aged 1 to 11 years. You will demonstrate professional leadership, adaptability and maintain a warm, fun environment that balances learning with play.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursery team in daily operations and curriculum delivery.
• Ensure health, safety and Ofsted compliance across the nursery.
• Plan and facilitate stimulating activities and adventures that keep children excited and learning.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents and the wider school community.
