Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role / Third in Charge

Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)

Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting

Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding

Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting

Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
