Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of age appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
  • Foster a high performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
  • Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
  • Act as Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
Ideal Candidate
  • Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
  • Experience in an early years setting, supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Manager or Practitioner is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Passionate about fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families.
