Job Description

An experienced Nursery Room Leader is required by this client based in Winnersh to step up to Third in Charge, working alongside the management team.

Working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Essential for the Nursery Room Leader Role

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 1 year's experience leading a room in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences within your room and the wider nursery setting
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues in the nursery setting
