Nursery Room Leader - Lead, Inspire & Develop Early Years

Busy Bees Discoveryland in Solihull is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, lead curriculum delivery, and inspire a high-performing team. This leadership role requires ensuring high standards of care and learning, safeguarding, and smooth operation across the centre.

Ideal candidate will hold Level 3 qualification in early years, with supervisory experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for child development and family engagement.
