Recruitment Administrator

Across Complete Childcare Group Nurseries
Full-time Permanent

40 hours per week

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment across the group, supporting our nurseries to attract, recruit and onboard high-quality childcare professionals.

This is more than an admin role - it's a key position at the heart of our people strategy, ensuring every new team member meets the standards our children deserve.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing recruitment across multiple nursery settings from advert to onboarding

  • Creating engaging job adverts and promoting roles across platforms

  • Working closely with Nursery Managers to understand their staffing needs

  • Managing candidate communication and delivering a positive candidate experience

  • Coordinating interviews across multiple locations

  • Leading all safer recruitment checks in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements

  • Ensuring all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant before start dates

  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting on key metrics

What we're looking for
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies at once

  • Excellent communication skills - professional, clear and responsive

  • High attention to detail, especially around compliance and safeguarding

  • Experience in recruitment, administration or HR (early years experience desirable but not essential)

  • Confidence working with systems (ATS, email, spreadsheets)

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive processes forward
