Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm All year round Bank holidays off

Our Hinckley nursery is an established setting with a warm, friendly and welcoming team. You'll be supported by strong leadership, well embedded routines and a positive, collaborative culture where teamwork and wellbeing are genuinely valued. We encourage practitioners to share ideas, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and continue developing their practice at a pace that works for them.

• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Confidence delivering the EYFS, including supporting children with SEND
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

• Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
• Plan and deliver engaging, child led learning experiences
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Support consistent, high quality practice and Ofsted standards

• £14.10 per hour with annual pay & benefits review
