Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) Location: Bloom Day Nursery & Pre School, Streatham
Hours: Full-time (some bank positions available)
 Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

We're looking for dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our team. If you're passionate about early years education, love supporting children to reach their full potential, and enjoy working as part of a positive and caring team, we'd love to hear from you.
Purpose of the Role
- To provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
 - To ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
 - To contribute to a collaborative team that upholds Bloom's values and high standards of childcare.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
 - Observe and record children's development, maintaining accurate learning journeys.
 - Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families as a key person.
 - Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
 - Work effectively within a team to create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment.
 - Attend training, staff meetings, and nursery events as required.

Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
 - Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
 - Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for early years education
 - Able to work full-time (bank positions may be available for flexible cover)
