Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) Location: Bloom Day Nursery & Pre School, Streatham

Hours: Full-time (some bank positions available)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Purpose of the Role

• To provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
• To ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn.
• To contribute to a collaborative team that upholds Bloom's values and high standards of childcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Observe and record children's development, maintaining accurate learning journeys.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families as a key person.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality policies at all times.
• Work effectively within a team to create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment.
• Attend training, staff meetings, and nursery events as required.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for early years education
• Able to work full-time (bank positions may be available for flexible cover)
