- Shifts are worked across the nursery's opening hours
- Some flexibility required depending on rota needs

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children's development within a high-quality nursery setting in Crouch End, N8. This setting offers a caring, stimulating environment designed to encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence in early years learning. Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
- Support children's learning and development through engaging activities
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress accurately
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ensure a safe, clean, and stimulating environment at all times
- Follow safeguarding procedures and promote child welfare
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high standards
- Assist with planning age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children's emotional and social development
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to nursery policies
- Must have the permanent right to work in the UK - no sponsorship available
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development
- Ability to deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with families and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
