Requirements Whatare Clients are looking for Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

• Ideally a Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
