Job Description About our Clients

Our clients run a 100+ place Nursery in Hook, part of a small boutique group, currently growing and looking for Early Years Professionals to join their team. Opportunities include stepping up to a 2nd in the room role. Positions are either full time (41 hrs/week) or part time (minimum 27 hrs across 3-4 days), with salary up to £29,120 depending on qualifications, experience, and hours. Requirements Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting and in leadership
• Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
• Deliver high quality care and learning experiences
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
